Digital products
All products sold by The Photography HQ are digital downloads. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive access to download your files immediately. Files are delivered via Payhip, our digital delivery platform.
Licence
When you purchase a product from The Photography HQ, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the materials to any third party. You may not claim the materials as your own work or remove any attribution.
Payment
All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Payment is processed securely by Payhip. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are subject to Payhip's terms of service.
Refunds
Because our products are digital downloads that are accessible immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. Please read the full product description carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
